discrimination based on age, disability , sex, race and ethnicity and sexual identity are social reality.
The different types and incidences of discrimination, however, been little studied. The goal of our research project is to improve this state of research and expand this information base for future legal policy debates.
Our results should contribute to raising awareness of discriminatory behavior and to their degradation. To capture
the situation in Germany as realistic, not just the law relating to anti-discrimination law is evaluated, but there are judges, lawyers, anti-discrimination agencies and organizations about their experience with discrimination cases interviewed.
